The menu at Longrain Theatre changes every season to ensure variety for regular customers and maintains an ethos of sustainability. In fact, much of the produce used is locally sourced, with fruit and vegetables coming from Brighton farmers.

On the menu, you'll find plenty of familiar favourites like fluffy bao buns with a variety of fillings like beef rendang, tofu katsu, and crispy hoisin duck, as well as signature dishes like sweetcorn cakes or spiced Thai cauliflower. For the main event, dig into a bowl of Thai green curry fragrant with kaffir lime and sweet holy basil, or try something new you might not know like the jungle curry, a popular dish in Indonesia and Thailand made with coconut milk. There are also noodle and rice dishes like pad Thai, nasi goreng and sambal, all of which can be made vegan. Primarily traditional desserts feature like black rice pudding served with fresh mango, coconut mochi and warm coconut sauce, or if you don’t feel so experimental there is a chocolate brownie and ice cream.
